For you, as a private customer, the EU rules regarding the right of return apply. This must be done within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
You are required to return the item(s) to us with sufficient postage. Please include (a copy of) the invoice, with the word RETURN written on it. A return shipment does not need to be registered in advance.

Please keep the proof of postage you receive when you hand in the package at the shipping service until your return shipment has been fully processed.
You will receive the purchase amount of the returned items plus the shipping costs paid at the time of ordering (or the relevant portion thereof relating to the return shipment) within 7 working days after we have received the shipment or a proof of postage from you, into your bank account.
Kleinspul does not have a separate exchange policy. You can order the desired item in the usual way through the webshop. For returning the item to be “exchanged”, you can make use of our return policy.
A number of items are excluded from this right of return and exchange, namely: – Consumable goods such as ink cartridges, (rechargeable) batteries, accumulators, (car) bulbs, fluorescent tubes, etc.
