Stainless steel ball chain / key ring is an all-rounder, low-corrosion and our strongest chain.

These items are made of solid stainless steel.

Ideally suited for use outdoors and in damp areas.

Good resistance to salts and acids, and therefore the choice for maritime applications, in the food processing industry, laboratories, etc.

Thanks to a very low nickel content, it is also suitable as a necklace, for example used in water sports and the standard chain for dog tags.

The color can vary from silver gray to shiny chrome for key rings and the thinner chain.

A misunderstanding is that stainless steel is not magnetic, this depends on the type of stainless steel used, but even basically non-magnetic material can acquire different properties due to contention/deformation, making chains and key rings slightly magnetic.

The lightweight ball chain in our range, with the typical silver-gray aluminum color.

Under normal use, aluminum is corrosion resistant and very light in weight, approximately one third of brass, steel or stainless steel.
Moreover, aluminum is nickel free.

Despite its light weight, aluminum is still strong.

Ideal for applications where weight or color are an important factor.

Corrosion, Aluminum does not contain iron or copper and therefore cannot rust/oxidize, but corrosion can occur when aluminum comes into contact with acids or salts, this corrosion has a black color.

Is aluminum dangerous to health?

That depends on the shape and use.

This may be the case when it comes to microscopic particles used, for example, in deodorant, cosmetics, medicines and toothpaste.

In solid form, Aluminum foil, beverage cans, packaging of oven-ready dishes, packaging of salads, etc. It won't hurt as long as you don't heat or eat the packaging🙂
